Salon Policies CANCELLATIONS We completely understand that life can get in the way of hair appointments. In the event you need to reschedule, we ask you give 24 hours notice, so we may have enough time to fill your appointment spot. No penalties will be given for family emergencies. PRICING AND RETURN We do everything we can to keep our prices fair. However, due to fluctuations in industry supply costs, our prices are subject to change without notice. Your satisfaction is our highest priority; if you are ever unhappy with your service at The Morehouse Salon, please don't hesitate to contact your stylist or the salon. All of our stylists are committed to rectifying mistakes or altering a color or cut that you may be dissatisfied with if notified within the week of service. If more than a week has passed we cannot offer services free of charge. All questions or concerns regarding salon policies can be addressed by calling the salon.
